Petra<\/span>: Mal\u00fd, s nerozvinutou kreat\u00edvnou ekonomikou a so zdumpovan\u00fdmi cenami. Niekedy je \u0165a\u017ek\u00e9 vysvetli\u0165 klientom proces, \u017ee na niektor\u00e9 veci treba koncept, alebo sc\u00e9nar a \u017ee sa tieto neurobia sami. Napriek tomu sa situ\u00e1cia st\u00e1le zlep\u0161uje. Dopyt po obr\u00e1zkoch st\u00fapa, \u010domu sa te\u0161\u00edme.<\/p>\n

Ale ani ten najlep\u0161\u00ed marketingov\u00fd pl\u00e1n nevyjde, pokia\u013e s\u00fa v kampani nap\u00edsan\u00e9 hl\u00faposti. My m\u00e1me nev\u00fdhodu – ve\u013emi sofistikovan\u00e9ho klienta. Tak\u017ee ak by sa n\u00e1m v komunik\u00e1cii vyskytli nezmysly, asi by zdvihli obo\u010die a zavolali konkurencii. Ale aby som zodpovedala ot\u00e1zku, ve\u013emi dobr\u00fa sk\u00fasenos\u0165 m\u00e1me s partnerstvami s in\u00fdmi firmami, prostredn\u00edctvom ktor\u00fdch vieme roz\u0161\u00edri\u0165 n\u00e1\u0161 z\u00e1ber. Ide o vz\u00e1jomn\u00e9 PR aktivity. Agent\u00faru vid\u00edm do bud\u00facna viac ako \u201cboutique\u201d, pracuj\u00faci na ve\u013emi zauj\u00edmav\u00fdch projektoch so srdcom.<\/p>\n

Pre firmu je \u00faspech ka\u017ed\u00e9 jedno odovzdan\u00e9 zadanie, kde m\u00e1me spokojn\u00fdch oboch, aj umelca aj klienta, pr\u00edpadne klientov\u00fdch \u010ditate\u013eov. Petra<\/span>: St\u00e1le ma nenau\u010dilo r\u00e1no skoro vst\u00e1va\u0165 (smiech), ale dalo mi ist\u00fd k\u013eud, s ktor\u00fdm vykon\u00e1vam opakuj\u00face sa \u00fakony. Rozm\u00fd\u0161\u013eam, \u017ee by som si mala pre\u010d\u00edta\u0165 niektor\u00fa Murakamiho knihu – t\u00fa o behan\u00ed napr\u00edklad. Pr\u00e1ca v kreat\u00edvnom priemysle nie je z\u00e1bava. Ono to iba tak vyzer\u00e1, v\u0161etci hore-dole na soci\u00e1lnych sie\u0165ach prezentuj\u00fa, \u017ee ide pracova\u0165 a popritom cestova\u0165 a zab\u00e1va\u0165 sa.. Nejde. Bu\u010f \u010dlovek pracuje, alebo sa zab\u00e1va. Akon\u00e1hle sa \u010dlovek za\u010dne bavi\u0165, utekaj\u00fa mu term\u00edny, zab\u00fada na stretnutia, nem\u00e1 kedy pripravova\u0165 prezent\u00e1cie. Nehovoriac o neporiadku v administrat\u00edve, \u010do \u010dloveku m\u00f4\u017ee napokon zlo\u017ei\u0165 firmu.<\/p>\n

Andrej<\/span>: Nikdy. Ale sem tam m\u00e1me nie\u010do ako \u201credefini\u010dn\u00e9 meetingy\u201d. Pri podnikan\u00ed sa \u010dasto st\u00e1va, \u017ee \u010dlovek sa zabudne a jeho \u017eivot sa splo\u0161t\u00ed na nekone\u010dn\u00fa s\u00e9riu mana\u017e\u00e9rskych \u00fakonov, ktor\u00e9 len kop\u00edruj\u00fa to, \u010do je dnes a \u010do treba spravi\u0165 zajtra a \u017een\u00fa firmu do pr\u00e1zdna. Vtedy si d\u00e1me n\u00e1\u0161 meeting, \u010dasto \u00faplne mimo office, kde rie\u0161ime \u010do \u010falej. Sna\u017e\u00edme sa zadefinova\u0165 d\u00f4vody a v\u00edziu firmy nanovo tak, aby n\u00e1s to bavilo a nap\u013a\u0148alo. Lebo nem\u00e1 zmysel fungova\u0165 len preto, aby sme fungovali. Nie sme hlodavce, ktor\u00fdch jedinou staros\u0165ou je zohna\u0165 jedlo. Malo by v tom by\u0165 nie\u010do viac.<\/p>\n

Petra<\/span>: \u017de d\u00e1vame priestor aj nov\u00fdm umelcom na sc\u00e9ne. Pracujeme s nimi na pr\u00edprave portf\u00f3li\u00ed, u\u010d\u00edme ich tomu, \u010do je pr\u00e1ca s klientom a klienti tak z\u00edskaj\u00fa mo\u017enos\u0165 pracova\u0165 s neobjaven\u00fdmi talentami.<\/p>\n

Andrej<\/span>: Najviac ma bav\u00ed globaliz\u00e1cia a to, \u017ee sa n\u00e1m dar\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edva\u0165 ju na dobr\u00fa vec, ke\u010f vieme prepoji\u0165 talentovan\u00fdch ilustr\u00e1torov s klientmi na opa\u010dnom konci sveta.
