WTF
atipower is utility for changing ati radeon card power state (frequency of gpu and mem) on linux
WHY
in fglrx driver from ati is an utility called aticonfig which can change power state,
BUT it cant change power state on my card x1900xt. i think it works only on notebooks
so i decided to wrote this tool, i stole many files from /usr/src/ATI/panel from fglrx package
EXAMPLE
% aticonfig --lsp
    core/mem      [flags]
-----------------
* 1: 500/594 MHz  [overdrive, default state]

% ./atipower
* id: 1, gpu: 499 mhz, mem: 594 mhz
  id: 2, gpu: 398 mhz, mem: 594 mhz
  id: 3, gpu: 648 mhz, mem: 774 mhz

% ./atipower 3
result: 0
  id: 1, gpu: 499 mhz, mem: 594 mhz
  id: 2, gpu: 398 mhz, mem: 594 mhz
* id: 3, gpu: 648 mhz, mem: 774 mhz

% aticonfig --lsp
    core/mem      [flags]
-----------------
  1: 500/594 MHz [overdrive, default state]
*    648/774 MHz  [overclocked, overdrive]
